I have ordered two dresses in which one dress which I received was wrong dress and other one is not my size and also not matching to original image. As per my conversation in WhatsApp I assured that amount will get refunded. Now I am not getting any proper reply in WhatsApp.
I am really frustrated. I have paid **** it is not a small amount. No one are responding regarding refund or return of the product.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
