Scissors Clothing - Package not delivered but amount recieved

I ordered one lehenga and a saree and on the day of delivery I got my package but there was only the lehenga inside it but i was charged for both which I paid a total amount of **** along with the price of my lehenga . And it's already been a week since I brought it to their notice. The response is so bad that they just read the message and they never reply no take their call. They told me that it will be delivered on prepaid basis and now they itself don't know the as to where is the package . Every time I ask them their only answer is it's been shipped that's all.
