Banarasstyle - Wrong product

I had ordered a set of * kurtis costing **** from banarasstyle clothing brand through their Instagram page on October **th. And i received the product on October **th.The set of kurtis which i placed order for and the kurtis i received are completely different which is less than ***rs worst product. They first mentioned for flexible return. But when i tried to return there is no option for it.. I have mailed them regarding the issue.. And tried to cal them.. But no response..and i tried continuously at last after one day they received my cal.. And said to mail them regarding return.. And there is no option for refund.. They said the amount will be refunded in the banarasstyle account..but i can't trust them.. Because i got to know that. That was a fraud company and not only me more people are there who faced this issue.. In some posts of their Instagram account. Some people are commented about their experiences that how they got cheated just like me..
