Prenam Fashion filed complaint against Meesho App on Nov 24, 2021
I have ordered * sarees for my customer from meesho app. When my customer received the products the quality of sarees were totally different. On package the customer details are right but the supplier name , name of person who placed the order and order numbers doesn't match with the ones I have placed. Some third person named Baby from Gujarat has hacked my customer details and placed the same sarees order due to which my customer received defect products. I have reported the issue to customer care number given on meesho app where I have done multiple calls everytime they ask to wait and since its about * month and my customer asks for money how could I pay the amount. Please help me to resolve the issue and take some action against this ....the products are still there with customer ask meesho persons to take it away and refund my amount...Hope for quick response
