I had ordered one wax heater from Flipkart which was delivered yesterday on **th September ****.
Order id is OD******************
The price of the product was mentioned *** rs on site and after discount of **% it was available for *** rs. Flipkart charged delivery charges also and the final price was ***rs. When I received the product, I was shocked to see that MRP mentioned on the product was *** rs only. So basically Flipkart is showing wrong price and then faking an attractive discount to fool customers.
I need an explanation for this that why wrong price was mentioned and why I was fooled of getting a discount of **%
After more than a week they are coming up with the solution that I can return the product and get my *** rs back but point is that I couldn't use that wax heater and ended up doing waxing in the parlor which costed me **** rs. Who is responsible for this loss??
