Dear Sir/Madam,
My flipkart account was blocked on */*/****, i have purchased so many items and returned few items. I have elibible upto Rs.****/- per month. my paylater due was on **th of every month only [**/**/****], i have called so many times to flipkart customer care to enable my account to pay my dues [Rs.****/-] - on time (before **/*/****) but they dragged the case upto **/*/** and charged for a penalty of Rs.***/- as non payment due to late fee. If I can not even login my flipkart account [from */*/**** to **/**/****] then how can i pay my dues on time (i.e. **/**/****]. they have charged a penalty for the same and on **/**/**** after seeing my account, i was shocked that i have been charged for rs.***/- as penalty. they have not reply and again they locked my account with out giving any solution. Still now (more than * weeks over the issue has not been resolved). please consider my request and render justice.
