Roshan gupta filed complaint against Simpl Pay on Sep 19, 2025
I used Simpl’s “Pay Later / Pay in *” option on [August *-*] to place an order with [Everdion]but the payment was done to [MAAYAKRIYA]WHO IS ANOTHER MERCHANT IN SIMPL .The payment was processed from my Simpl account, but:
*. The payment was wrongly routed, and my order was never confirmed or delivered.
*. Despite this, Simpl deducted my first installment.
*. From the second month onward, they started applying fines and penalties for a purchase I never received.
*. I raised multiple tickets/emails with Simpl’s support team over the past month, but they keep dragging the matter without resolution.
This has caused me financial loss and harassment, and I am also worried that Simpl may wrongly impact my credit score (CIBIL/Experian/CRIF) due to this false liability.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
