I have recharged my jio number mistakly so I cancelled it and the refund came into simpl pay app then I click to refund to source in simpl pay app on * December and today ** of December but the refund not came yet, i am also trying to contact simpl customer care in chat but they are not replying and also I have raised the ticket many times but haven't responded anytime
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
