Shop101.com - Wrong Parcel delivered and not ready to refund

I had ordered a black sequin saree from Shop***.com - a Facebook and Instagram shopping site. For an amount of ****/-

I received the delivery on **st Oct .... Which after opening I found it to be a wrong one. So I tried contacting the company they provided me with the resellers number after many tries which was apparently of no use because the number wasn't reachable between these tries i happened to cross some shocking situations of financial frauds by any random person.. this is one part but lateron i again contacted the company the told me some really lenthy procedures which already gave me mental pressures later on after providing the stuff they promised me to initiate the refund ( till date it's not initiated) and the company is still not bothered to refund they are only playing mindgames.
Today, again the same thing happened they tried to cheat me sending another parsel justifying their previous mistake and tried to take the money and fool me again this is just a crap which should be taken care of
