Shop101.com - I don t received my full payment

Hello,
i need your help urgently, i am reseller of shop ***.com they are cheated with me, not give me my full payment, i am dealing with them in bulk order, he said to me i will received my full payment surely and i have purchase bulk stock then i received **** orders, so i have dispatched it in their given time, i have all the manifest of that orders and i have already sent it to them. shop *** manager told me no any penalties applied ensured. but when they give me payment , in which they deducted wrong penalties of amount *****.* . and give late dispatch penalty as a reason , but i have a proof of manifest i have dispatched it all on time and also inform them when i got any issued in pick up, that time all said to give me my full payment but now they don't responded me after deducted wrong penalty. i want your help because i am tierd of with daily mail request sent to shop *** team they don't give me my earnings, i request to you please please help me in this because i have invest too much money in this orders , but i didn't received my payment. I have * more sellers who are facing same issue with shop***.com
