Shadowfox - Wrong parcel delivered

I ordered a ghagra choli set from flipkart which was later cancelled from their end but after * day the order got delivered from shadow fax agent and he told me that I can’t open the parcel which had my name and address and i paid the amount but when I opened it also had different person’s address on it and inside it was a used saree which was delivered to me so i want a refund for it i have been trying from few days but no update.
