I would like to raise a complaint regarding a delivery agent who misbehaved during the delivery of my parcel today. The agent’s contact number is +** ***** *****. His behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional.
Kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the concerned person. Please confirm once the issue is addressed.
