i ordered for one tuned panflute through bajaao.com,of thomman brand of germany. but i got hora brand of romania and is fully not tuned. asked for refund, but they are making excuses. in web site ,[shopping guarantee] it is guaranteed that , every product will be refunded , if,it not satisfied.but they now, say that wind items are not guaranteed, but that is not mentioned in shopping guarantee. telephonicaly also they guaranteed for tuned pan flute. now they are trying to avoid anyway. at the time of taking order , they repeatedly called me, but now they are reluctant to give any reply.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
