I have ordered for a Digital Piano (Artesia DP-*) which was bundled with a matching Piano Bench along with two year Prime Warranty that costs another Rs ****/-. In the market, such kind of benches is sold at Rs **** to ****. The seller sent the Piano itself but not the bench. A few days later they mailed that it was a partial shipment and I need not worry about it. After a number of correspondences and telephonic discussions they tried to avoid the matter by talking irrelevant words like "No stock", "Advertise Content Error", "Rs ****/- Compensation" etc and presently they do not bother to reply me at all. I need help from you.
