This is regarding a fraud happened with me by a New Balance store in Mumbai. I bought a pair of NB shoes from a New Balance store in Vatsala Mall, Mumbai during my trip to mumbai. When I came back home I saw that they packed me the same pair i.e. * left side shoe. When I tried to contact the store, I got to know that the store is closed and they won't help me. I tried hard to contact New Balance but no help. I even contacted the company called 'Major Brands Pvt Ltd' who handled the store in Mumbai through consumer forum but got no help. Its almost an year that I'm struggling to return the show online. This happened to me on ** November ****. Please help me on how I can return the shoes and get a fresh pair. I still have the box, bill and everything related. Kindly help.
