NEW BALANCE - NEW BALANCE SPORTS SHOE

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good Evening

This is regarding New Balance sports shoes, which was purchased from New Ambience Mall Gurgaon on **Feb ****.
As my son is having a flat feet problem, and he is now ** years old, there is no other solution for feet, have to search for arch fit shoes.

I am a medium class person, but since my son was facing problems walking there is no other shoe company which makes proper arch fit shoes.
Since there was no choice , I purchased these costly shoes from the New Balance showroom in New Ambience Mall.

As he was using this shoe very carefully and sparingly as he knew it was a very costly shoe. I noticed that the shoe is getting cracked from the back side and it looks like the sole is peeling off.

I have never thought that so big company and within a month is damage, I have complaint to the New Balance store from where it was purchased. He has written mail to his customer support team and has copied the email to me . In which he had mentioned that within a week or ten days it would resolve the issue.

I have not received any call or e-mail from their end, when I have again shouted at them to follow up, he told me to write the mail directly to them, as He had not received any call or e-mail.

Now it has been more than almost a month, my son's shoe is lying with them and they are not helping to replace or to give the refund back.

I don't understand how the professional company can do this , as they have received the photos and follow ups from the store as well as from our end

Now I am receiving the mail on **th May *****, saying ,( Please talk to the customer and let me know by today. What is the issue?

I will request you to help me out, as shoes are very expensive.

I will be very grateful to you for kindly helping me out to get the full refund of my son's shoe. I have no trust in this Company that they will replace the shoe and whether it will survive or not. as per the Company Policy it is very much in Warranty period.
