Justdial - Wrong package sold by company

Was using justdial for last few years. Started a new firm and wanted to register business. The company executive Mr.Piyush Chaudhary sold wrong package insisting it is the same pne i have been using and there is a scheme going on and only last * days are left to register. With repeated calls and wrong promises he agreed me to give in, after which he never answered my calls. For next few months i got no business queries. When contacted justdial they informed that i have purchased a plan that only provides listing of my business and not the requirements that i wanted. Shocked , i called up their office surprisingly tellecallers were trying to sheild Piyush Chaudhary and no action against the employee is taken. Since then they are after my life to pay them more and buy a new plan. Please help i want justice for my harf earned money.
