An employee (vikas diwedi and vishal saini , contact no. ***** ***** and) +** ***** ***** respectively) manipulated me into subscribing to justidal, assuring me of numerous benefits and a full refund if i don’t get benefits. Now it’s been more than * month of empty promises, I've received no benefits, and the assigned employee has vanished, conveniently blocking my calls.
Attempts to reach out to JustDial's customer service have failed, leaving me frustrated and ignored. Shockingly, they're unwilling to refund the subscription fee despite delivering none of the promised perks.
JustDial's deceitful tactics, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction have left me so frustrated. For proof i’ve all the screenshots and conversations i had with the employees on whatsapp and call recordings
In short, spare yourself the trouble – explore other reliable alternatives instead
Justdial is really pathetic
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
