Cinmay filed complaint against D2h Service on Feb 20, 2019
My id no.********, account menu shows the wrong base package of Rs **** since ** Feb ****. No channel is working. I have sent * emails from ** Feb to ** Feb. Their customer care is not responding. My services stopped on ** Feb ****. I called them ** times. Talked with * supervisors.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
