Flipkart - Wrong package delivered

My order which contained * parle g gold, * Fortune sunflower oil, * maaza,
* little hearts has not been delivered but it shows delivered. The delivery
person delivered me some other customers(named ankit Sharma) order which contained only * parle g gold. First of all the delivery person did not deliver the order at my place. He asked me
to come downstairs and then kept the box In the ground next to the
watchman's cabin and left. So, I was very careful while picking up the box
as it was kept on the ground(covid fears) . When I came upstairs I sanitized my hands and
then when I looked at the box it showed some ankit Sharma's name. So I looked in the box and the bill was also of some ankit Sharma's name. When I called up the delivery person that he delivered me someone else's order he very rudely
told me to talk to the customer service person. So I talked to the customer service but they haven't resolved the issue as yet. I am following up since morning but they are not resolving my complaint
