Hello,
I ordered a fossil watch from shopist.co.in which is promoted on Instagram by a page called trolls official. So I ordered a watch and FedEx was a delivery partner of them. When I opened the product there was some kinda clothes in the package. So I requested to take return and refund my money soon. It's been now * weeks and they still have not solved the issue. I'm trying to contact them by mail and call also but they are not teplying.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
