I have had back & forth email conversation with the propreitor of this website. They are not ready to refund the money to my card saying their policy is only to refund to "store credits". Tgere is no option for Store Credits on their website and when I asked about few details to make a formal cimplaint, there has been no response. Product: Power Beats *, price Rs. ****. No refund yet. Order delivered back to the sender on **th April ****.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
