Kodhai B filed complaint against Jockey India on May 24, 2026
I placed an order through Jockey India’s official website on **th May **** worth INR ****. One shipment worth INR *** was shipped and reached me correctly on **th May ****. Another parcel with items worth INR **** reached me only on **st May **** and did not have an outer cover, the items visible through the clear packaging is evidently not what I ordered and it could be a mistake on part of the delivery partner Delhivery. The tracking history shows ‘Shipment damaged’ in the history. After contacting Jockey and Delhivey, I have not received any support. I have still not opened the parcel received. I had ordered thermals, track pant and a jacket. I need my ordered items since I’m relocating from India, I request a refund so I can buy the items I need and return the parcel that doesn’t belong to me.
