Gunja karnani filed complaint against Jockey India on Mar 1, 2020
I have purchased a jockey product in December which was not good in qwality.the store suggested me to file a online complaint and the product will me exchanged.they took my product in a week and its been * months they have not returned my product even after reqular follow ups on mail.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
