Ash Fem filed complaint against Meesho on May 28, 2021
I have placed an order on Meesho app on *th May **** for a western gown but received a damaged saree instead on **th May **** ( very late delivery). I wasn't able to make a request for refund/exchange as the app hasn't updated my order status (the status shown was "order placed"). The very nexy day my order status was updated to "cancelled". Such is their service! Absolutely pathetic!! So, now it means they are claiming to have cancelled my order & not received the amount from me, whereas I have paid the delivery guy Rs.***. I tried to call the customer service but everytime I do, the call ends before the help could get on line. So, I have lost the amount (Rs.***) just like that.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
