I ordered * t shirts from the online store and made a online payment, the delivery took more than ** days and was a wrong dilevery so the t shirts wrongly sent were returned and it took **-** days more to complete the return but then the refund came back for only one T shirt and on calling there was no proper response and response on mail was not proper to. Legal notice for same were issued and there was no response to it mail regarding the legal notice was also sent and no response to it the money refunded is in website wallet and is incomplete.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
