Ordered * No's of PlayStation* Game CDs (SpiderMan & Red Dead Redmption-*) online. Package delivered to Security as I was not home. It was a thin package with some paper kind of thing inside. Requested for replacement. Second time, there were * thin parcels and I rejected to accept the parcel. After so many complaints and follow ups with Customer Care, pick up executive is allocated. He denied to accept the package as it was not physical CD. From last ** days, flipkart is playing a lot of drama that some team will contact me, resolution is assured, wait for **-** hrs etc. I'm fed up and would like to file complaint at Consumer Court.
