I ordered a realme xt for ***** and it was delivered today . The package was already open and there was another handset of htc that seemed to be used. When i complained and processed a return for the product... They mentioned it as issue is resolved and return request cancelled. How can they resolve the issue without talking with me or sending an email. Please help me out... I previously ordered * phones and all were in right conditions but i guess just this sale of big billion days proved to be faulty. Please help me i have been duped of *****
