The issue that I have experienced was: I had ordered a Ted baker watch and was delivered a Celio Jeans. When I asked the delivery person about it he advised I should raise an exchange request and mention that I have received a wrong product. Once the complaint was raised Myntra asked for the product images which I sent to them which I sent. They even asked for a barcode which should be there on the inner packet however I sent them the image of the packet and there was no such barcode except for the barcode on the outer packing. Now they have closed the complaint saying that the correct product was sent and closed the complaint which is careless on their part as they are trying to blame the customer instead of investigating with their own delivery team. Kindly help.
