Myntra - Wrong package delivered

I have ordered a product from myntra and they delivered a wrong product I told them to deliver me the correct one but they said product was not available for that size, I said deliver the correct one when it will be available but you need to check again and again when it will be available so I return and what a refund but they refunded me in the closed account till then yet i m not able to get the refund and keep calling to customer care and talked to manager level about the refund they said provide us details and wait for ** hours atleast they created more than ** tickets for it but still I didn't get the refund, they are wasting my time too much, now i want refund as well as compensation too
