Muscleblaze - Wrong Package Delivered

I ordered a product name L-Carnitine of Muscleblaze and received KSM ** Ashwagandha. So when I sent them mail with complaint and images they told me to send images of cartel also then I did that too and now everything is okay so they are denying replacement or return of funds by saying that I should have sent a mail from **hours of delivery. I counted them ** hours by saying is not a working day but still they are not accepting my complaint.
