Muscleblaze - Damaged product recieved no action taken

On feb ** ****, I recieved my muscleblaze protein powder, when I opened the packaging box the powder was spread all over inside the box because there was a hole in the protein powder packet. And, I contacted muscleblaze support through their chatbot and they are saying they can't get me replacement even after sending them various proofs.
