Meesho - Wrong package delivered

I had actually ordered a fully embroidered lehenga on this app. Within * days i got my order delivered. I was shocked to see, there were torn plain cloth inside the package. Thankfully i had recorded everything. I immediately opened the app to return the order, but tracking details weren't updated. I waited for a while thinking it might have take some time to update. But nothing was done, so i called the team, i told them all the issue, after providing all the details they are telling that it wasn't delivered by meesho. That package wasn't related to meesho n all, still i said how is it even possible? So they told they'll discuss my issue with higher authority and reply within *-* working days. I waited till then, but to my shock a delivery guy called me saying he has the same parcel again and with the same amount. Instead of receiving the parcel i called the team again they told to not receive the parcel because still the tracking details wasn't updated. So i didn't accept. After few days again i mailed inquiring about the issue same thing was told again to wait for *-* days. After some days again the delivery guy called saying the same thing! This was the third time now! Same parcel same amount
