Meesho - Wrong orders return in meesho

We started selling my products on Meesho. We started receiving orders on the first day, so we processed them every day. After * to * weeks we received return orders. Continuously we received all products in return. in that return, products are wrong products. Some people are replacing the wrong products and sending return packs. so we raised a ticket on the meesho support team but the meesho team continuously closed that ticket. So daily we try to contact the meesho team. They are saying you have a high return ratio so we are not approving refunds. from *st day onwards we are facing a return. Single order also customer not build. these scam people ordered and sent back. The Meesho team will take responsibility Because we believed the mesh brand and sent our product to some unknown persons. now meesho is not responding, We lost around **k amount. Please help to solve this issue.
