Myntra - Wrong order delivery by Myntra

We got an order delivered by Myntra on Dec **th. The representative said it was cash on delivery order. We had not ordered any stuff with cash on delivery so we opened the packet to see what was inside. It contained a HRX Sweat Shirt. As we had not ordered any such thing so we returned the package. But the delivery boy refused to take back the package saying that as the outside Myntra packet was opened so if he takes it back then he will have to pay the amount himself. There was no order number mentioned on the packet as well. We told him that we will check with Customer care and then get back to him. The customer care team of myntra told us not to accept the packet. This delivery guy kept on calling us for next * days and harassing us saying that we will have to accept the packet. On Sunday Dec **th my mother was alone at home and he came to our house again and told her to accept the packet. My mother was not aware of the full issue and she accepted the packet and gave Rs **** to the person.

I have double checked the packet and i don't see any order number so there is no way i can return this packet. It seems these delivery boys are randomly giving deliveries to people with COD on behalf of Myntra who have not even ordered anything.

I would like Myntra to solve this issue ASAP for me. I will also file a written compliant to Cyber cell of Chandigarh Police on the same.
