Shine filed complaint against Milkbasket on Jul 11, 2019
This happened with me *rd time. They are delivering the wrong order and also deducting the amount from my account. This time also I ordered bread and they delivered bournvita. Worst is no one is thr to solve my query and I didn't get the refund also. No customer care, no reply only I've. If these things are keep on happening then how can someone trust this kind of app and add the money in thr account. For short term it might good for them but these kind of apps don't stay for long.
