Peenar.com - Wrong order delivered

I had ordered Kurti combo of Rs. **** on **th April **** from www.peenar.com. But what I got was not as per my selected order. I mailed them continuously calling on customers care no- ********** but no response from them.
I am trying to return the wrong order but on their website, I didn't find the return request option. Kindly help, I feel like they are cheating customers. So I raised this issue.
