I have ordered a saree from Peenar.com in INR **** from NR************. It delivered by Shadowfax. When the order reached to me it was a Kurti of poor fabric material and when I get to the peenar.com site to file complaints about a refund I found there was no refund option. The helpline no. is also not working. Please help me.
