I have ordered a Redmi Y* phone & * in * data cable from Redmi/Xiaomi company's website but I received another model i.e, Redmi Go mobile which has a billing address of (Agra). Many times I registered a complaint on call & by mail too but I didn't get a satisfactory response from there end. Therefore, I requested you to provide an actual order but they delayed and don't provide my order. It is almost * months. I fed up & very much disappointed with their services. So I'm requesting you to register a complaint against the company and their executives and take strict action against this. Early action will be appreciated. My order no is ****************.
