I have bought a redmi x** tv on ** April ****, after using week, tv started to lag and un responsive, I have called the customer care and after trying *rd time, tecnical engineer visited to us. And updated the tv software but within week tv stop working completely, we have reset the tv. After calling again to the technical engineer he visited again and confirmed that tv need to change in motherboard, but since then almost month, we got nothing from them, after calling engineer he just pretending to be busy. We needed help regarding to this.
