Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd - Wrong Order Delivered by Swiggy Refund Not Provided

I placed an order through Swiggy, but the product delivered to me was completely wrong and different from what I ordered. Because of this mistake, I could not use the product for the intended occasion.
I tried to contact Swiggy customer support to resolve the issue, but no customer support agent contacted me and the issue has not been resolved. The amount paid for this order is significant for me, and the delay in resolving this issue has caused me financial loss and inconvenience.
Due to the urgency, I had to purchase the required item from a nearby shop again. I requested a refund for the wrong order delivered, but Swiggy has not taken proper action.
I request Swiggy to process my refund immediately and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
