Fabkent - Wrong order and cheap quality received

I am writing to express my strong disappointment with my recent order.with Fabkent I paid a higher price expecting good quality, but instead I received the wrong item with very cheap and unsatisfactory quality.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the amount I paid. The product delivered does not match what was advertised or what I ordered. Such an experience has caused me great inconvenience and disappointment.

I request an immediate resolution to this issue—either a full refund . Please look into this matter urgently and let me know the next steps as soon as possible.
