Fabkent - Fabkent Delivered Wrong Product and Not Responding for Return

I ordered a product from Fabkent, but the item delivered is completely different from what was shown on their website. The quality is very poor and the product does not match the description or images. I tried contacting Fabkent through email for return and refund, but they are not replying.
There is no proper order number on the parcel, and they are ignoring all messages.
This has caused financial loss and mental stress.
I am requesting action against Fabkent and want a refund for the wrong product delivered.
I have attached parcel photos, payment proof, and screenshots of communication attempts.
