Haier Fridge - Wrong old model delivered and violation of return policy

I ordered Haier ***L Double Door Refrigerator through cash on delivery from Amazon website. I encountered the following issue:

*) The amazon delivery guy refused to provide door step delivery and forced me ** years old man (I am a kidney patient) to come and pick the heavy product from the main gate of the apartment. Amazon should be sued for such physical harassment because it is not my responsibility to provide such service.

*) I ordered **** model from Amazon website (see Document * attached) but received an old **** model of Haier refrigerator (see Document * attached). I called Amazon for the replacement but they said to contact Haier and generate jobsheet. The Haier company refused to provide jobsheet and said that Amazon is telling wrong and we do not provide any jobsheet to customers. Amazon and Haier both started blaming each other for thier fault. This led to undue mental harassment and I got confused whom to contact for the replacement service.

Finally, Haier provided me jobsheet upon continuous call and repeated calls.

*) Amazon violated their own policy mentioned on their website "The carrier will pickup the return item(s) when they deliver the Replacement/Exchange order item(s)." (see Document * attached). The company is asking me to return the refrigerator and provide me correct model * days later. This is against their own return policy. I dint trust Amazon anymore and cannot return refrigerator without receiving cash or correct model refrigerator hand to hand.

Hence, I request you to initiate appropriate legal action against Amazon so that no consumer faces such physical and mental harassment in future. I also ask for due monetary compensation for such irresponsible/ fraudulent and rude service from Amazon India.
