I had placed an order for Haier *** L * Star Direct cool Single Door Refrigerator (HRD-****SR-R/HRD-****S R-E, Burgundy Red) from online shopping site, Amazon on **.**.**** and got the fridge on **.**.****. The refrigerator has no good build up. Water flows out of it and spolied all the food items in the fridge. The tray , provided is also defective. I immediately informed the Amazon customer care to take away the fridge bcoz it was only after a day that we confronted the problems but the agent asked me to wait. I waited for another three days but the same problems persisted. I went for return option but it directed me to a call which nobody responded.
Meanwhile Fani , the cyclonic storm hit bhubaneswar and I had to leave the place with my ailing father. Not only that due to the health issues of my parents i couldn't address to the wrongs done by Amazon. But today on **. **.**** I requested on chat to the customer agent to take away the fridge and refund me the amount but they deny.
I suffered a lot due to the defectiveness of the fridge. Everytime i have to clean the fridge due to overflowing of water. Really my day passes in tension and nothing else since i purchased the fridge. I didn't expect Amazon to sell me such a defective refrigerator.
Kindly take away the fridge and compensate me adequately for the loss that i bore since then...
