I have ordered sony bravia ** inch KD-**X**L **** model on **-**-** And I received KLV-**W***F/**** model on *-**-** After opening the box box i was shocked This tv is not brand new Its looks very old It has screen cracked Body is cracked It has no remote No adapter no warranty card in side box And i call customer care at *.** pm just unboxing the box I have instilation video also But on nxt day I got a mail from flipkart that my tv is installed How can my dead tv is being installed ? No technical was come at my house also I am fully cheat by flipkart I requested *time But everytime my replacement is rejected
Now at last on **-**-** flipkart blocked my account without informing me
Everytime I asked them to watch seller video clip to during packing my tv
Also watch courier videos clip on their tranportation
I provide them my shipment pic
But they are not satisfied by me
They prove me cheater
I am got depressed by their attitude
I can’t sleep since *-**-** properly
It may create a health issue to me
Sir i have spent ***** rupees Which is so big amount for me Plz help me Order id OD****************** Invoice no BFFKA***********
