Apollo 247 Pharmacy Online - Wrong medicines delivered

Dear Team,
My query has not been resolved yet. I even called customer support grievance dept but did not get any solution. I have been using apollo *** for a while now and being a circle member this kind of service is not expected.
This is to inform you that I had ordered * strips of Dapaglyn * for my father Mr. KRISHNENDU GHOSH but received * strips of Dapaglyn ** instead. He has been prescribed Dapaglyn * as per prescription attached which was uploaded at the time of ordering.
A doctor called me from Apollo and stated that the prescription is not valid and made a prescription on his known where he mentioned Dapaglyn ** without informing me. Please resolve the issue by today. My father's medicines have exausted and I am in urgent need of the medicine. Please reaolve the issue on urgent basis.
