On **Feb** i ordered a Accu chek Active strips *** instead of Accu chek Instant strips ***, on the same received the product but on the same day I escalated the issue that unfortunately I order a product could you please exchange the same and Even i mentioned that i willing to return the product as it was delivered, but there was no proper response from the customer service, when we again called them regarding the escalated issue now they saying it cannot be exchanged or return
