Instead of ordered insulin cartridges worth of ****, received a wrong medicine worth of *** Rs, when we were not at home. As it was insulin maid put in the refrigerator and we realised after * days when we had to use it. Raised a complain and returned back the wrong medicine also. But the refund is not processed and frustrating to call them ** times in the last ** days.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
