this is jigar doshi
have purchased naptune hub (order no ST****) product from your urja yantra website , which was delivered just now (today **th june **** at * o clock) but the product is not same as shown at your website . (diffrent product )
its a mistake?
want to refund my money at my account.
complained via mail done *-* times since * months but no positive reply.
kindly help me out to get my money back
